Purpose
The NAON Evidence Based Practice & Research Committee (NEBPRC) consists of eight NAON members whose responsibilities include:
*incorporating current practice and research information into the committee's overall body of orthopaedic knowledge
* promoting use of evidence in all aspects of orthopaedic nursing practice
* developing, implementing, and evaluating evidence based orthopaedic nursing practice tools
* developing, implementing, and evaluating evidence based tools/aids for participating in orthopaedic nursing research
* collaborates with other orthopaedic healthcare groups to secure grants for member usage related to orthopaedic nursing research/practice
