If there is anyone out there that have in their practice the use of Telemetry monitoring for patients with Total Joint replacements, we will like to share views. My unit has been using Tele monitors for all our TJR, from the time they return from PACU, till discharge. Our system is such that the patient wears the monitor (portable) even while in therapy. it has been such a great help with monitoring our patients post-op. if you are using this , let me know your views. We are an ortho acute floor.
