Has any one in their practice had a patient who had a Stroke following a Hip Replacement. If so l will like to get information on the pre-op, intra-op and post-op management of this patient. Is there any information out there that can help in identifying patients at high risk?. what will be the best approach to managing this group to prevent this awful and scary complications?.
