Lights, Camera, Congress: A Virtual Experience
For those who are not yet ready to travel or don't anticipate hospital or facility approval to travel in 2021, NAON is pleased to offer Lights, Camera, Congress: A Virtual Experience.
Lights, Camera, Congress: A Virtual Experience will take place after the in-person event in Palm Springs, and will be held on Tuesdays in June 2021.
Lights, Camera, Congress will feature recordings of select sessions* from Palm Springs and offer a live Q&A with the speakers during session broadcasts, a virtual Exhibit Hall and networking events with fellow attendees.
Attendees will have the ability to earn up to 23.5 CNEs for attending Lights, Camera, Congress and all content will be available on-demand until August 30, 2021.

Will I be able to earn Continuing Education credits for attending the virtual meeting?
CNE will be available for attending Lights Camera, Congress sessions and Congress poster sessions. However, if you attended a session during Congress onsite in Palm Springs and claimed CNE, you cannot claim CNE a second time for attending that same session at Lights, Camera, Congress.
How many CE credits will be available during Lights, Camera, Congress?
Attendees may earn up to 23.5 CNE for attending the Lights, Camera, Congress virtual event. However, if you attended a session during Congress onsite in Palm Springs and claimed CNE, you cannot claim CNE a second time for attending that same session at Lights, Camera, Congress.
How long is virtual content available?
The virtual content from Lights, Camera, Congress will be available until August 31, 2021. Please note, you will need to complete your evaluations no later than September 14, 2021, to claim your continuing education credit.
My organization is paying by check. When does my check payment need to be received to ensure I have access to Lights, Camera, Congress?
To ensure seamless access to the Lights, Camera, Congress virtual platform, all payments must be received and processed by Tuesday, May 25, 2021. Registrants will not have access to the content until payment is received and processed. If your payment is not received by May 25 your registration will be canceled and you will have to re-register at the prevailing registration rate.
When will I have access to the virtual event platform?
All registrations will receive an email notification from NAON when the platform is available in May. Please note, you must be registered and paid 24 hours in advance to the start of Lights, Camera, Congress in order to have access to the platform at the start of the event.
How will the virtual meeting be run? Will it be easy to navigate?
NAON is partnering with a premier virtual meeting vendor to ensure that Lights, Camera, Congress provides the same quality content that Congress attendees are accustomed to. In May, NAON will host a Lights, Camera, Congress 101 how-to webinar that will walk you through the virtual platform. You’ll receive information about how to attend this tutorial via email this spring. You will also receive access to the platform a few days prior to the start of the meeting to have time to build your profile, add specific sessions to your calendar, and get acquainted with the site.
