1. Implement relevant evidence-based practices to improve nursing and personal wellbeing.
Studies indicate there is a relationship between perceived stress and burnout, depression, anxiety, and subjective well-being among nurses and other health care providers. Mental Health and wellbeing strategies should be identified through a nurses’ insight into what works for him or her. Strategies such as mindfulness may serve as a protective factor that alleviates or eliminates the negative effects of perceived stress on depression, anxiety, burnout syndrome, and subjective well-being. Various approaches will be presented and discussed.
Education Outcome: At least 50% of participants will report that the session provided information that would cause change(s) in the practice and/or professional environment

Instructions: After the webinar, the participant will complete the evaluation and post-test in the Online Education Center. Once the evaluation and post-tests are completed, the participant will be able to access the certificate.
To gain the continuing professional development contact hours offered for this webinar, the participant must view the entire webinar, complete an online post-test, and online evaluation. Only after these requirements are completed will a certificate will be issued.
