NAON 40th Annual Congress Cancelled
In these unprecedented times, we are all faced with unprecedented situations, decisions and challenges. Every day NAON is proud to represent the meaningful work of orthopaedic nurses, and now more than ever we are honored to watch our community’s strength in action.
Though we would have loved to celebrate you and your work in person, NAON has been forced to cancel NAON Congress 2020 in Pittsburgh.
Please know that we are very disappointed that NAON Congress 2020 cannot proceed. As the global COVID-19 situation has evolved, we have closely monitored the impact to our community and the local Pittsburgh area. Our priority remains focused on the health and safety of our attendees and staff, as well as that of your loved ones and patients. Unfortunately, the coronavirus’s unprecedented and devastating impact has made it impossible to host NAON Congress 2020.
More updates are coming soon specific to your planned involvement in NAON Congress 2020 including detailed information for registered attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and sponsors. In the next 30 days, we expect to have more information regarding refunds and alternate plans to still deliver the great education you look forward to each year at NAON Congress. We thank you in advance for your patience.
We also feel strongly that community is something we all need during difficult times and are gathering Thursday, May 28th from 2:00 - 5:00 pm CDT to celebrate NAON’s 40th anniversary and our members. Register for this free celebration here.
NAON is fully operational, with headquarters staff equipped to work remotely during this time. This means that you can still reach us as you have in the past, so please let us know if we can be of assistance. We hope to support you so that you can be most effective supporting your family, friends, patients and colleagues.
