Webinar - Building a Fracture Care Program

Description:  This webinar will discuss that there is a lack of Nurse Navigator roles tailored specifically to fractures care patients that could excel many Orthopedic programs. The presenter explains the process that outlines the goal and objectives to creating a nurse navigator role and tailoring it to any program while highlighting the benefits for patients and the orthopedic team. 
 

Instructions: After the webinar, the participant will complete the learner evaluation and post-test in the Online Education Center. The post-test is scored at 80% for passing. Once the evaluation and post-tests are completed, the participant will be able to access the CNE certificate. Upon successful completion of this activity, participants will be awarded 1.0 ANCC Contact Hours and a certificate of completion. The participant must view the entire webinar, complete an online post-test , and online evaluation. Only after these requirements are completed will a certificate will be issued.
