Call for Podium and Poster Presentations
NAON invites you to submit a podium or poster proposal for the 46th Annual Congress, held on April 18-20, 2026 in Orlando, FL. Share your knowledge, expertise, and innovations that advance orthopaedic nursing. Inter-professional proposals — featuring collaboration among nurses, physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, case managers, and others — are highly encouraged.
All presentations must be delivered live and in-person. No virtual or pre-recorded presentations will be permitted.

- Acceptance notifications: September/October 2025
Submission Guidelines
Proposals must follow all submission instructions; incomplete submissions will not be considered. Presenters are responsible for saving their work during submission. Podium presentations may include up to four presenters; posters up to two. All presenters must submit a Bio/Relevant Financial Interest Form along with their submission (an uploaded attachment for each presenter is required). Proposals must be unbiased and free from bias or promotion. Multiple proposals may be submitted, but each must be submitted individually.
Congress Learning Outcomes
Presentations should apply evidence-based practice, research, and innovation; improve patient outcomes; foster collegiality and professional growth; and strengthen the role of orthopaedic nurses within a changing healthcare system.

Pain management, joint replacement, shoulder/elbow, spine, care coordination, co-morbidities, professional development, ambulatory care, staff education, advanced practice, orthopaedic trauma, certification, and more.
Presentation Tracks
