Last Chance to Recertify
The final deadline to complete recertification is September 30th. Applications received now through September 30 will incur an additional $50 late fee. All continuing education, however, must have been earned before June 30, 2026. Learn more about the options to recertify, recertification requirements and fees on the ONCB website.
Exam Preparation Products Scholarship
The Exam Preparation Products Scholarship is jointly sponsored by NAON and ONCB. This scholarship is specifically for orthopaedic nursing certification preparation materials to assist those seeking ONC® or ONP-C® certification. The individual awarded the ONC scholarship award will receive one copy of the current Core Curriculum for Orthopaedic Nursing, courtesy of NAON, and a bundle of five online ONC practice examinations provided by ONCB. The individual awarded the ONP-C scholarship award comprises the OONP Online Review Course courtesy of NAON, and a bundle of five online ONP-C practice exams provided by ONCB. The deadline to apply is October 1st.

Clara Donahoo, RN & Joseph Dimon, MD Memorial Clinical Legacy Lectureship
This special opportunity allows the selected recipient to present a 60-minute General Session at the 2027 Annual Congress. The recipient will also receive a $2,000 honorarium and be offered the opportunity to publish the lecture in Orthopaedic Nursing.
