Dear NAON Members,
As we welcome the fall season, I want to take a moment to acknowledge and thank our members, volunteers, and leaders for their continued dedication to advancing orthopedic nursing.
A special note of appreciation goes to the members of the NAON’s Education Committee (NEC), who are currently investing countless hours reviewing podium and poster submissions for Congress 2027. Their expertise, thoughtful evaluation, and commitment to excellence help ensure a high-quality educational experience for all attendees. We are grateful for the important work they are doing on behalf of our organization.
Your Board of Directors remains actively engaged in moving NAON forward and creating value for our members. We hear your feedback, we appreciate your insights, and we remain focused on initiatives that support your professional growth, clinical excellence, and connection to the orthopedic nursing community.
As we prepare for our upcoming September Board Meeting, we look forward to continuing important discussions and making decisions that strengthen our organization and advance our strategic priorities. Thank you for your involvement, your passion, and your commitment to orthopedic nursing.
