How will I save money by purchasing a membership?

The cost of a membership PLUS the member pricing for Congress is actually less than the non-member registration fee for the full conference. Sign up online to become a member first, then register for Congress to get immediate savings!

Do you give discounts for multiple attendees?

Yes! If your company has 5 or more NAON Members planning to register, you are eligible for a discount. Click here to send us a request for a multi-attendee discount. Please include the name of your company, the total number of attendees, and each person’s name. We will then provide a promo code to use at checkout.

How many CNE credits can I earn?

Earn up to 20 CNE credits onsite plus additional CNE credits through on-demand access after Congress, for a total of OVER 43 CNE credits available! On-Demand access is INCLUDED for Full Conference attendees. (Single Day attendees must purchase on-demand access separately).

Can I bring a guest?

Yes, you can add a Guest Pass for an additional fee during registration. Guest pass pricing is $425 for early registration, $485 during regular registration, and $545 for late registration​​​​​​. The Guest Pass includes meals and breaks, the Annual Congress Welcome Reception, and attendance at educational sessions. Guest Passes will NOT include the Foundation Event, Optional Events, or Congress Swag. Additionally, Guests are not eligible for CNE credit.

Cancellation Policy

If you are registered to attend Congress and can no longer attend, please submit your request in writing to naon@orthonurse.org. Cancellations received on or before March 27, 2027 will receive a full refund, less a $200 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for requests received after March 28, 2027. All refunds will be processed in approximately two weeks.
